Serving Veterans with the Degree Completion Program

The Degree Completion Program at Arizona Christian University is ideal for veterans who are interested in utilizing available benefits to continue their college education. Often, the class schedule of one night a week is convenient for balancing work and family responsibilities. One of our students, Jonathan, is a veteran who is able to take advantage of services from Veteran Affairs and pursue a degree in Christian Ministries from ACU.

Jonathan writes:

I have been a student at ACU for the past couple of years. Leaving the traditional classes for the Degree Completion Program, has enabled me to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in the allotted time given from my VA benefits. In addition, the DCP has allowed my family a much better schedule for our everyday lives. It has allowed my wife more time for her studies, and for myself, more time with our children.

Socially, I still see familiar faces on campus and have had the opportunity to meet new wonderful people in the DCP. Three classes down, several more ahead!Jonathan and Adan
