The Degree Completion Program at Arizona Christian University is ideal for veterans who are interested in utilizing available benefits to continue their college education. Often, the class schedule of one night a week is convenient for balancing work and family responsibilities. One of our students, Jonathan, is a veteran who is able to take advantage of services from Veteran Affairs and pursue a degree in Christian Ministries from ACU.
I have been a student at ACU for the past couple of years. Leaving the traditional classes for the Degree Completion Program, has enabled me to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in the allotted time given from my VA benefits. In addition, the DCP has allowed my family a much better schedule for our everyday lives. It has allowed my wife more time for her studies, and for myself, more time with our children.
If you’re a veteran who would like to finish your degree in Behavioral Health, Business Administration, or Christian Ministries you can apply for the Degree Completion Program and Veteran Benefits in three steps:
1. Apply for the appropriate VA benefit at the VONAPP website: ebenefits.va.gov
2. Submit a copy of your completed VA paperwork to the Degree Completion Office in person, by fax at 1-800-971-3689, or by e-mail at email@example.com
3. Complete the Degree Completion Program application process found at arizonachristian.edu/dcp.
