54th Commencement Ceremony in December

54th Commencement Ceremony in December

With great excitement, Arizona Christian University (ACU) has announced the addition of a second commencement ceremony for the 2015-2016 academic year on December 12, 2015.  The increasing number of both traditional and Degree Completion Program (DCP) students completing their degrees has created the need for this 54th Commencement Ceremony.

Part of the excitement is due to the fact that this is the first December commencement in ACU’s history. The need for an additional commencement ceremony is a testimony of the school’s growth and its adaptability toward the needs of the students.

Stephanie croppedBoth the traditional and DCP students finishing their coursework in December will still have the option to participate in the spring ceremony, which will be held on May 14, 2016. Having the opportunity to choose the additional commencement ceremony gives ACU’s graduating students the flexibility needed for a competitive edge in today’s job market.

It is expected that Degree Completion Program students will be well represented at the December Commencement Ceremony. Several DCP students from cohorts which began in January and May of 2014 will be completing their program in time to participate.

Congratulations to all of our graduates who are taking the mission of ACU
to “transform culture with truth” out into the world!

December 12 commencement applications must be submitted by October 9, 2015.
